Kiehl's Staging Installation & Product display

We have just completed the installation and product display for 11 Kiehl's stores in Jakarta & Bandung as part of our duties as a Dedicated VM Agency.

The VMID team is divided into 10 installation team members and 5 visual merchandisers who ensure that all staging items and product displays align with the directions from the Kiehl's VM Head and VM team.

After completing this staging, we will proceed with storage management to ensure all props and display items are properly stored according to the number of stores.
