Klamby has finally opened its first offline store in Plaza Indonesia

Since our very first site visit to Wearing Klamby's first offline store in Plaza Indonesia in early June, here’s the final result

Beginning with creating a store layout according to the product category, continued with creating a VM planogram to determine the number of fixtures, hangers, product placement by style. That process also determined the types of device/display props that were eventually used in the store.

This service was finalized with a product display and training staff before the store is ready to open.
